Our Team

Ankur enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2016. He graduated from Osmania University in 2014. He has gained practical experience while working with M.Anandam & & Co.,(a 70-year-old experienced firm) and PPKG & Co. His area of expertise is taxation (direct & indirect) for corporates, LLP, firms, HUFs, and individuals.

Further, Ankur has vast experience in various types of audit assignments including Internal Audits with specialisation in Central Statutory Audits and Concurrent Audit of banks including the treasury division. He has gained practical knowledge in the field of Income tax through before the Income Tax tribunals and various departments.

Ankur has also undertaken due diligence and investigation assignments which lead to unearthing of major frauds. He has successfully completed a certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks in addition to the certificate course on GST conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India."

Mohit was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2019. He did his graduation from Osmania University in 2014.

He has gained practical experience while working with PPKG & Co.

He has an exposure to Accounts, Auditing, Budgeting, Secretarial works, Taxation

Shubham enrolled as a member of the Telangana Bar Association in the year 2022, and as a member of the Bar Council of India in the year 2023. He is also a qualified Company Secretary having successfully cleared all three levels (Foundation, Executive, and Professional) in the first attempt.

Furthermore, he has represented corporates and individuals before city civil courts, district and magistrate courts, and High court for the State of Telangana. Shubham has prior experience in the field of commercial law, where the primary work entailed drafting and reviewing legal notices, commercial agreements, NDA's. He has conducted legal due diligence for various clients, whilst ensuring compliance with state-wise labour laws for enterprises engaged in multiple businesses"
